The recently concluded India tour of world number 1 DJ, Martin Garrix, has become the highest selling tour in the history of live events in India and has set an impressive milestone in the Indian live events industry. Presented by Asia’s Largest Dance Music Festival, SummerThe eight-city tour spanned over two weeks and took the acclaimed 26-year-old Dutchman to cities including Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai and New Delhi for a total of nine shows.
Total attendance during the tour was 150,000 fans, while the official ticket sales figure recorded at BookMyShow was 105,000, more than any tour by such artists. Arijit Singh, Vir Das One Prateek Guhat Made in the Indian subcontinent. These figures make Garrix’s tour the highest-grossing in the history of live shows in India.
