Why did Indians flocked in large number and took to streets to support Anna Hazare and India Against Corruption?
The question is relevant simply because of following reasons:
1. Most people didn’t know what Jan Lokpal bill is.
2. Anna didn’t have the charisma or great oratory skills to attract people.
3. Many of them were sure that Lokpal Bill won’t be the panacea for corruption.

The grey matter have been put to hard work by many and theories have come one after the other which points to role of Media, a middle class handiwork, invisible hand of right wing fundamentalist movements and what not.

The talk by Simon Sinek which was filmed in 2009 titled How Great Leaders inspire action, I got the answer to the above raised question which made me utter those famous words of Ranbir Kapoor ‘Keep it Simple Silly’!

The answer is simple…’People followed Anna not because they have to but they want to. Watch this video you gonna be convinced:
